Ambr Cook is responsible for helping to expedite the admissions and the discharge process for residents and families.

Director of Nursing Services: Alicia Ocampo, RN

Alicia Ocampo is responsible for managing the nursing staff at our center. She has several years of experience in clinical, supervisory and administrative capacity in long-term care settings. Alicia has been a part of the Meadow View team since 1989.

Rehabilitation Director: Betty Mitchell

Betty Mitchell is dedicated to helping each resident achieve his or her own highest level of mobility and independence. She is a certified physical therapist with 23 years of experience.

Director of Social Services: Nicole Munz

Nicole's chief role is to help ease the transition to nursing home care for patients and their families, and to insure that residents social needs are met.
